Skin Hydrating Tips for Winter Weather

Here are two quick tips to keep you skin glowing all winter long:

Use a satin or silk pillow case at night; these fabrics won't suck moisture out of you hair and skin while you sleep, whereas cotton will.

Wash the day off your face every night, and apply a vitamin e capsule to your skin.  Vitamin e capsules contain vitamin e (duh), which skin loves, and being fat-soluble, adds suppleness. Also, the glycerin contained inside is a humectant, meaning it pulls moisture from the surrounding air to your skin.  If it hasn't all soaked in upon waking, simply wash off the excess and use your favorite moisture-rich, sunscreen/block-containing facial lotion.
